Bimetica will keep personal data;
For all forms for the period of 1 year. At the end of said period and if neither party communicates its termination or cancellation of the service within a period of 30 calendar days, it will be understood to be automatically renewed for a period of 1 year.
The User or Client may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, cancellation, opposition, portability, and limitation of treatment at any time by addressing the Data Controller, duly identifying himself and informing him of the right he wants to exercise.
If the User or Client can send their Curriculum Vitae (CV) through the portal or the e-mail address provided for it. You expressly consent that the data provided will be processed in order to participate in our personnel selection processes. Bimetica will analyze the applicant's profile in order to select the best candidate for the vacant place. In the event of any modification in the data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data duly updated.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be erased for confidentiality purposes. However, the Client or the User after said period may send the CV again for the processes that are in progress.
The data may be processed and / or communicated to the member companies of the BIMETICA Group during the time of conservation of your CV and for the same purposes indicated above.
